All research published in journals under Bayçınar Medical Publishing must be conducted responsibly, transparently, and in accordance with internationally accepted ethical principles.
Ethical Standards in Research
Research submitted for publication must comply with recognized ethical guidelines and best practices, including respect for human dignity, animal welfare, and scientific integrity. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their research adheres to applicable ethical and legal requirements.
Human Subjects Research

Authors must confirm that:
- Ethical approval was obtained from an appropriate ethics committee or institutional review board (IRB)

Clinical Trials
Clinical trials must be registered in a publicly accessible registry prior to the enrollment of participants. The registration number and registry name must be included in the manuscript.
Failure to register clinical trials may result in rejection of the manuscript.
Data Integrity and Reporting
Authors must ensure the accuracy, transparency, and reproducibility of their data. Fabrication, falsification, or selective reporting of data is strictly prohibited.
Where applicable, authors should make data available to editors, reviewers, or readers in accordance with journal policies.
Use of Patient Data and Images
Identifiable patient information, including images, must not be published without explicit written informed consent. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all patient data are anonymized unless consent has been obtained.
Research Misconduct
Bayçınar Medical Publishing does not tolerate research misconduct, including:

- Unethical experimentation
- Violation of participant or animal rights
Allegations of misconduct are investigated in accordance with COPE guidelines.
Editorial Oversight
Editors and reviewers are responsible for assessing ethical aspects of submitted research. Manuscripts that raise ethical concerns may be rejected or referred for further investigation.
Corrections and Retractions
If ethical violations are identified after publication, appropriate actions will be taken, including corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions, to preserve the integrity of the scientific record.
